Value

By:Georges Seurat
Title: Sunday afternoon on the Island of La Grand Jatte
My first Impressions: At first i notice it is very big and also very detailed painted with tiny little dots. I also notice there is a monkey in the corner and that even though in the dark the shaded people ar e the most emphasized which i thought was weird. Most of the time the shaded things are hdden and avoided so this gos against it.

What I learned: I learned that this is a very famous and very large picture i was really unable to find much about htis picture it is famous but people dont seem to want to explain it just describe it
